The form should be filled in following the Booking Procedure below.

Booking Procedure

The procedure for booking the village hall is as follows:

  1. Phone the Booking Clerk to confirm the date(s) and time(s) that you would like to book the hall, and get a unique reference number from the Clerk.
  2. Download and print the PDF: Adobe Acrobat Format Eaton Bray Village Hall Booking Form.
  3. Fill in the form, including your unique reference number and signature.
  4. Return the form along with your deposit cheque to the postal address on the form.
